Diversity and inclusion have become buzzwords, used by CEOs and world leaders. But what do they actually mean? Knowing that diversity and inclusion are important, and knowing where to begin when developing a D&I program or strategy, are two different things. Many workplaces know that D&I is both the right thing and the smart thing to do, but simply don’t know where to start.
Over the course of this session, Michael Bach (author of the best-selling and award-winning Birds of All Feathers: Doing Diversity and Inclusion Right) will share his 6-step process for starting on your D&I journey, and seeing it through successfully.
