Barrie Chamber Announces Finalists for the 2026 Women in Business Awards

[Barrie, ON - February 9, 2026] — Announced live today at the Barrie Chamber of Commerce office. The Chamber is proud to announce the finalists for the 24th Annual Women in Business Awards, presented by Meridian. This annual program recognizes women whose leadership, mentorship, expertise and dedication continue to strengthen Barrie’s business community and local economy.

 

Hosted by 107.5 KOOL FM’s Charlie and Amy Aust, the announcement brought together finalists, sponsors and members of the business community.

 

Nominated by the public and evaluated by an impartial panel of judges from across Ontario, advancing to the finalist stage reflects the strength, innovation and resilience of women-led success across our region.

 

“These awards celebrate women who lead with vision, support others as they grow and help shape the future of business in our community,” said Paul Markle, CEO of the Barrie Chamber of Commerce. “Their impact extends far beyond their organizations and contributes to a stronger, more connected region.”

 

This year’s finalists represent a diverse range of industries, reflecting the depth of talent and leadership within Barrie’s business community.
