Overview:
The Barrie Chamber of Commerce invites proposals from qualified suppliers to provide videography and editing services for the 2025 Barrie Business Awards Gala.
This formal dinner gala will feature video introductions for each award category, highlighting the top three finalists. These videos are an essential part of the evening’s storytelling and will also be used for post-event marketing and promotions.
Deliverables:
On-Location Filming:
- Record interviews and footage of the top 3 finalists in each award category
- Film on-site at each finalist’s business location (or at the Chamber office if needed)
- Make finalists feel at ease and coach them through the process
- Integrate "B-Roll" content of finalist's business, products and/or services
- Approximately up to 43 individual 1-minute video segments
Finalist Compilation Videos:
- Create up to 15 edited videos (each featuring 3 finalists per category)
Include:
- Opening and closing titles
- Sponsor logos and Chamber branding
- Integration of sponsor reels (provided by the Chamber)
Format & Delivery:
- Videos must be suitable for event presentation and social media use
- Professional quality editing with smooth transitions, clear audio, and consistent branding
- Deliver final videos via digital download link or shared drive
